Paydai runs the money side of a sales team. You sell through payment links, you decide what every person on the team earns, and Paydai works out the commission on each sale and moves the money when payday comes. This tab covers everything a business owner can do. Reps have their own tabs: Closer and Setter.

Getting set up

Sign up, connect payments, and work through the setup checklist

Products and payment links

Create what you sell and turn it into a checkout URL

Building your team

Add reps, give them roles, set what each one earns

Paying your team

From “this rep is owed” to “the money is in their bank”

The order it happens in

1

Connect payments

Stripe, Fanbasis or Whop. Nothing else in Paydai works properly until this is done.
2

Create a product

A product is the thing you sell. Every sale starts as a payment link built from one.
3

Add your team

Each person gets one or more roles, and a commission rate for every combination of roles they hold.
4

Sell

A customer pays a link. Paydai splits the money between the business and the reps credited on the sale.
5

Pay

On your payout schedule, commission leaves your account and lands in the rep’s bank.

Who is who

What each role sees in the left menu

Managers see the merchant menu minus Products management rights.
Menus differ by role on purpose. A rep seeing a shorter menu than you is not a bug.
