What you can do

Feature	What you can do	Status

Create your account	Email, password, first and last name, business name	✅
Forgot password	Reset by email with a one time code, then set a new password	✅
The setup checklist	A progress widget on the dashboard that opens a checklist of everything left to do. It ticks itself off as you go	✅
Complete your profile	Name, business, country	✅
Set up payments	Connect Stripe, Fanbasis or Whop so you can take money and pay your team	✅
Connect your Whop company	For Whop merchants: link the company and add the API key. Whop is not finished until this is done	⚙️
Invite your team	Add your first sales rep from inside the checklist	✅
Connect a calendar	Calendly or GoHighLevel, so setters can book meetings that get credited	✅
Set your payout schedule	Choose when the team gets paid, before any money moves. Frequency in days (minimum 3), weeks or months (minimum 1)	⚙️
Payment method fees	Tell Paydai what percentage each buy now pay later provider charges, so commission maths is right	✅
Share your stats	Generate a post ready card of your numbers for X or LinkedIn	⚙️
Fraud prevention notice	A banner explaining the checks Paydai runs before money leaves the account	✅

Watch out for

The checklist is not the same length for every merchant.

Connect your Whop company appears only for Whop merchants.
Set your payout schedule appears only when Stripe or Fanbasis is connected. A Whop only merchant sets the schedule in Settings instead and never sees this step.
Share your stats appears only once the workspace has revenue worth sharing.

Count the steps on your own account before anyone promises you “seven steps and you are done”.

Finishing the checklist hides the progress widget. If you want it back on screen, there is nothing left to do.
