Commission you have earned but that has not been released yet. It is yours. It is not movable yet.

Available balance

Released and ready. This is what you can take out.

Sent to bank

Everything that has already reached your bank account.
Those are the exact names in the product. Quote them when you raise a question and it will be answered faster.

Why there is no withdraw button

This is the most common question reps ask. The button depends on the provider and on your own connection.
If the button is not there, a connection is missing. It does not mean the feature is broken. Start by connecting your own account in Integrations.
Manage bank details opens your provider’s own screen and leaves Paydai. That is expected.
