Paying your team

Where: the Pay Now button on the Sales page, and the Balance page · Who: Merchant, Admin, Staff Everything else decides what a rep is owed. This is where the money leaves your account.

Pay Now sits on the Sales page, not on Balance. Almost everyone looks for it on Balance first.

Paying out

Top up prompt	If the wallet is short, Paydai tells you exactly how much is needed and lets you re-check after topping up	⚙️
Payout confirmation	A clear confirm step before money moves, then a “Sent to their bank” confirmation	✅

Paying out runs through Whop today. Stripe payouts are marked “coming soon” in the product, and the amount shows as “via Stripe, coming soon”. The pay button does nothing on a Stripe workspace.

After the money moves

If a rep says they have not been paid

Check these in order.

Are payouts paused on the workspace? See Paydays and payout rules.
Is that rep paused on that sale, or is the whole sale paused? See Sales and commissions.
On Whop, is the wallet short of the total?
Has the rep connected their own payment account? Without it there is nowhere for the money to land.
