# Your Balance

> Three balances, what moves between them, and when.

**Where:** Balance in the left menu · **Who:** Setter, Closer, Manager

The page you will open most. Three numbers, and a history of everything that has landed.

## The three balances

    Commission you have earned but that has not been released yet. It is yours. It is not movable yet.

    Released and ready. This is what you can take out.

    Everything that has already reached your bank account.

<Tip>
  Those are the exact names in the product. Quote them when you raise a question and it will be answered faster.

## What you can do here

## Why there is no withdraw button

This is the most common question reps ask. The button depends on the provider and on your own connection.

| --------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Whop**        | Both the merchant's company and your own account are connected        |
| **Stripe**      | Your own Stripe is connected, and you are a closer, setter or manager |

  If the button is not there, a connection is missing. It does not mean the feature is broken. Start by connecting your own account in [Integrations](/setter/integrations).

<Note>
  Manage bank details opens your provider's own screen and leaves Paydai. That is expected.
