Support conversations do not start with a feature name. They start with a sentence. Use this to get from the sentence to the answer. | What you are seeing | The usual answer | | ------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **My rep has not been paid** | Payouts are paused on the workspace, that rep is paused on that sale, the whole sale is paused, the Whop wallet is short, or the rep never connected their own account | | **I cannot see the withdraw button** | A connection is missing. On Whop, the company or the rep. On Stripe, the rep's own account | | **The commission is the wrong amount** | Ladder bands are marginal not brackets, the business and team split, buy now pay later fees, a hand edit on a manual sale, or a per link rate override | | **Why did my rep's rate go up mid month?** | They crossed a band. The higher rate applies to the next dollar, not retroactively | | **I changed the ladder and nothing happened** | Editing bands does not move live reps until you sync | | **A rep is missing from a sale** | Add them to the sale, or credit the setter on the link next time. Reps cannot add themselves yet | | **The commission was reversed after a refund** | Reverse on refunds is a workspace setting, and only exists on Whop | | **I cannot find invoicing** | It is built but deliberately not switched on. See [What is not live](/merchant/whats-not-live) | | **Where do I download my data?** | Cmd K, then "Export" or "Invoices". Neither is in the left menu | | **My team member never got the invite** | Check the Pending state, the pending invites banner, and the invites list | | **A rep sees a different menu to me** | Menus differ by role. This is intended | | **I set a schedule but they were paid instantly** | Instant payout is on and it overrides the schedule. Whop only | | **Two people are on this deal, who gets what?** | Role combinations each carry their own rate, and manual sales let you edit the split | | **Can I pay my team through Stripe?** | Not yet. Payouts run through Whop today.
