# Payout Schedule

> When the team gets paid, and what the business keeps. Set once, applies to everyone unless a rep has their own schedule.

  Settings is not in the left menu. Press Cmd K (Ctrl K on Windows), or use the Manage button on the payouts paused banner.

## The schedule

| Feature                                       | What you can do                                                                     | Status |

| Payout frequency                              | Pay every so many days, weeks or months                                             | ✅      |
| Pay on a specific weekday                     | For weekly schedules, pick Monday through Friday                                    | ✅      |

| Instant payout                                | Pay commission the moment a sale lands, instead of waiting for the schedule         | ⚙️     |
| Reverse commission on refunds                 | Decide whether a refund claws the commission back from the rep, or the rep keeps it | ⚙️     |
| Choose which provider the schedule applies to | When both Whop and Stripe or Fanbasis are connected, set a schedule per provider    | ⚙️     |
| Payouts paused banner                         | A warning across the Sales page when payouts are paused, showing when they resume   | ✅      |

  Frequency has real minimums. Days must be 3 or more. Weeks and months must be 1 or more. Typing 1 day shows a validation error.

<Warning>
  Instant payout, reverse commission on refunds and per provider schedules are **Whop only**. A Stripe or Fanbasis merchant will not see them.

  Instant payout overrides the schedule. If a rep was paid immediately when you set a weekly schedule, this is why.

## The split

  Only the business percentage is editable. The team percentage is calculated from it, so the field will not accept typing.
