# Notifications, search, reports and your account

> The bell, the search bar, exports and your profile. The everyday extras that sit across the whole app.

## Notifications

| Feature                    | What you can do                                                     | Status |

| Notification bell          | Unread count in the top bar, opens a panel of recent notifications  | ✅      |
| Commission earned alerts   | Reps get told the moment they earn on a deal                        | ✅      |
| Report ready alerts        | You get told when an export you asked for is ready                  | ✅      |
| Notification sound         | An audible cue when something lands while you are working           | ✅      |
| Notifications page         | The full history, not just the last few                             | ✅      |
| Click through to the thing | Clicking a notification takes you to the sale or report it is about | ✅      |
| Unsubscribe from emails    | A one click unsubscribe from report emails                          | ✅      |

## Search

| Search bar | Press **Cmd K**, or **Ctrl K** on Windows, and jump to any page or action by typing | ✅      |

Four surfaces live off the left menu entirely and are reached this way: Download reports, Export history, Invoices and the full Leaderboard.

## Reports and exports

| Feature             | What you can do                                                  | Status |

| Download reports    | Export your sales, commissions and payout data                   | 🔍     |
| Choose a date range | Preset ranges or a custom start and end date                     | 🔍     |
| Export history      | Every export you have requested, its date range, type and status | 🔍     |
| Invoices            | View and download your invoice statements                        | 🔍     |

  Cmd K then "Export" or "Invoices". Both also have a card on your Profile page.

## Your account

| Your profile         | Update your name                          | ✅      |
| Change your password | Set a new password from inside the app    | ✅      |
| Switch workspace     | Move between the businesses you belong to | ✅      |
