# Paying your team

> Actually moving the money. From "this rep is owed" to "the money is in their bank".

**Where:** the Pay Now button on the Sales page, and the Balance page · **Who:** Merchant, Admin, Staff

Everything else decides what a rep is owed. This is where the money leaves your account.

  Pay Now sits on the **Sales** page, not on Balance. Almost everyone looks for it on Balance first.

## Paying out

| Pick which commissions to pay | Select all, or tick individual commissions, and see the total update                                       | ✅      |
| Pay in batches                | When there are more commissions than fit on one page, pay them in batches                                  | ✅      |
| Wallet check                  | Before paying, Paydai checks your Whop wallet has enough                                                   | ⚙️     |
| Top up prompt                 | If the wallet is short, Paydai tells you exactly how much is needed and lets you re-check after topping up | ⚙️     |

  **Paying out runs through Whop today.** Stripe payouts are marked "coming soon" in the product, and the amount shows as "via Stripe, coming soon". The pay button does nothing on a Stripe workspace.

## After the money moves

## If a rep says they have not been paid

Check these in order.

1. Are payouts paused on the workspace? See [Paydays and payout rules](/merchant/paydays-and-payout-rules).
2. Is that rep paused on that sale, or is the whole sale paused? See [Sales and commissions](/merchant/sales-and-commissions).
3. On Whop, is the wallet short of the total?
4. Has the rep connected their own payment account? Without it there is nowhere for the money to land.
