# Paydai for closers

> You close deals. Paydai works out your commission on every one and shows you when it lands.

You close deals. Paydai works out your commission on every one, shows you when it is scheduled to land, and pays it into your bank.

Two things matter to a closer: **what did I earn**, and **when do I get it**.

## Your left menu

| Menu item     | What it is                               |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Dashboard     | Your own numbers, not the business's     |
| Payment Links | The links you can send a customer to pay |
| Meeting Links | Booking links you can share              |
| Sales         | Every deal you are credited on           |
| Balance       | What you are owed and what has landed    |
| Integrations  | Connect your own payment account         |

## How you get paid, in short

    Either the customer pays a link you sent, or the merchant records the sale.

    At your rate, or at whichever band of your commission ladder you are currently in.

  <Step title="It sits as pending">
    Earned, but not yet released. You can see it on Balance.
  </Step>

  <Step title="It is released and paid">
    On the merchant's payout schedule, it becomes available and then reaches your bank.

## How to read these pages

| Mark | Status          | Meaning                                                                      |
| ---- | --------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| ✅    | **Live**        | In the left menu and working today                                           |
| ⚙️   | **Conditional** | Working, but only when a particular provider is connected or a setting is on |
| 🔍   | **Off-menu**    | Working, reached from the search bar (Cmd K) or a card                       |
| 🚧   | **Not live**    | Built, but nobody can reach it                                               |
